Guidance:
This section of the interactive CDC Strategy tool provides an example CDC Strategic Execution Plan, based on the services and components of the example CDC Service Catalogue.
Attendees at the future CDC Strategy Workshop should familiarise themselves with the example plan, and develop their own high-level view of the roll-out of the CDC services, e.g. which should be implemented in the first year, the second year, etc.

Disclaimer:

• High-level example roadmap items have only been included for two service groups in Quarter 1 and 2 of Year 1.
• The roadmap provided is an example to aid ACME’s understanding of the development of the strategy. ACME’s actual roadmap will be discussed and captured at the CDC Strategy Workshop.
• A three-year time horizon has been used as an example. ACME’s actual time horizon will be discussed and captured at the CDC Strategy Workshop.
